» Gilbert Mordoh: Gilbert S. Mordoh holds a Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute, as well as a Certified General Appraiser, the highest level of appraiser certified by the State of Indiana.. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Business in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Finance and Real Estate Administration, with one year of graduate work in Real Estate and Finance at Indiana University. Gil has been performing appraisals since 1976, and formed Gilbert S. Mordoh & Co., Inc. in 1977. Gil performs all types of appraising, but currently, he does mostly residential work, with commercial appraisal analysis, development and final value conclusions; as well as reviewing and signing off on all appraisals performed in the office.

» Paul Weber: Paul graduated from Indiana University School of Business in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, majoring in Real Estate Administration and Business Management. Paul has been appraising real estate since 1981, with appraisal experience in California and Indiana. Paul has been with Gilbert S. Mordoh & Co, Inc. since 1986, and works mostly on commercial property types in and around central and south central Indiana, with a considerable amount of experience in residential and commercial construction materials, specifications and costs with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and site plans. He is a Certified General Appraiser, the highest level of Appraiser licensed in Indiana.
